Question: I have heard you say in your recent responses that marriage is "designed tension"... in some ways when I hear that it makes me cringe and makes me feel that issues within marriage become a self fulfilling prophecy so to speak. Would you be able to elaborate on what you mean by designed tension? How do you suggest that we navigate this designed tension? If marriage can be like olam habbah then what is the designed tension?
